Job Summary

This position will support the Supply Chain Finance & Business Operations department responsible for providing business performance analysis and reporting specific to our CPE business (Data and Video). Provides a variety of financial data; maintains and updates financial models and plans. Participates in special projects, preparing financial data as necessary. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Participates in the development and utilization of financial models and analysis.
  • Manages Vendor relations including but not limited to invoice review / approval, payment issues, vendor setup, and PO requisitions
  • Maintains invoice Tracker file and analysis for management
  • Provides actual vs budget vs forecast variance analysis and related reports as needed.
  • Supports budgetary and forecasting processes as directed by Manager.
  • Analyzes and communicates weekly metrics, monthly results, quarterly and annual projections.
  • Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required 
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
