Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Perform financial modeling to support key business decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing detailed reports on variances to the budget.
  • Recommend strategies for cost management, revenue growth, and improved profitability.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Present financial results to senior leadership and provide insights into financial trends.
  • Oversee the external audit process and manage the relationship with external auditors.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to optimize liquidity.
  • Ensure that the organization adheres to legal and regulatory financial obligations.

About you:

  • Degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel with strong financial modelling including advanced functions and pivot tables
  • An inquisitive mind
  • A self-starter
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organisations
