This is a leadership role within the CRM team where the Senior CRM Manager is responsible for managing and leading the Swedish CRM Team across all brands as well as key/high profile CRM projects alongside the Head of Customer Engagement. You will be the driving force behind continued optimisation and success across the Swedish CRM team with strong project management, data analytics & organisational skills.
As a leader, in this role, you will be working across multiple brands, managing the CRM Team and ensuring we’re continuously optimising and improving month after month. Data analytics, CRM Planning, Coaching, Project Prioritisation will be key factors in this role.
