For over 35 years, Commerce Financial Advisors has been working to help clients achieve their financial goals.We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused individual for a Financial Advisor opportunity supporting our St. Louis market.About This JobThe main purpose of this job is to sell investment products to individual investors.Essential Functions- Manage an existing client book of business with recurring revenue- Partner with internal team members to generate new business opportunities- Contact customers to introduce your planning, investment and insurance services- Leverage digital tools to enhance your client's experience, including MoneyGuidePro, eSignature and SalesForce- Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required- Strong knowledge of the brokerage and financial services industry- Strong ability to build client relationships and sell financial services- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and OutlookEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.- 5+ years related financial services experience required- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, and Life & Health licenses required.
