If this sounds interesting to you, keep reading and let’s talk.Compensation RangeHourly: $20.45 - $23.80 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This JobThe main purpose of this job is to process incoming & outgoing wires for the Wealth Management.Essential Functions• Identify areas of efficiency/automation within daily processes to ensure a scalable solution for our clients• Process incoming & outgoing wire transfers for the Wealth Management• Ensure all wire related activity is processed in a complete and timely manner• Ensure all wire related activities are posted to the wealth management accounting system• Maintain balance between the accounting and bank related systems• Conduct cost basis processing and primarily quality control• Communicate with external custodians in relation to outstanding cost basis inquiries• Provide coverage on other unit desks during heavy volume periods or absences• Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required• Strong knowledge of banking products and services• Strong knowledge of complex accounting functions• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values• Advance level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and OutlookEducation & Experience• High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required• 2+ years of finance or Trust Operations experience required• **For individuals applying, assigned and/or hired to work in areas with pay transparency requirements, Commerce is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for some roles.
