Customer Success Manager, Ecommerce

CommerceIQ is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help brands achieve profitable revenue growth using their AI-powered digital commerce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Understand ecommerce needs of customers and apply products to meet those needs
  • Assist with customer onboarding, training, and deployment of best practices
  • Take ownership of service requests and coordinate with support teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape new features based on customer feedback

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics or related field
