Responsibilities:
The Commercial Operations Manager has the primary responsibilities of developing and managing commercial process improvements, sales pipeline, sales contracts, CRM administration, and sales forecasting.

Be key point of contact for the sales organization to support and optimize their activity management

Develop tools and reports to provide visibility of key leading and lagging performance metrics
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the sales funnel/pipeline for the Sales organization including forecasting sales across multiple customer segments and products

Partner with the ASDs and VP of Sales as key enabler of day-to-day activities and commercial processes

Manage sales contracts (DocuSign) and execution processes with continuous improvement implementations over time

Serve as the lead point of contact for sales management/activity and develop data-based insights to improve performance
- Advise on commercial data driven strategies for the company’s commercial practices

Manage relationships with external partners/vendors of commercial data sets

Partner with other Sonendo teams on cross functional initiatives to standardize KPI’s and processes

Identify and recommend process improvements for ongoing Commercial procedures
- Manage the use of Salesforce.com data and future updates, partnering with internal/external SME to support implementation of SFDC as key sales enabler
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Maintain compliance with Quality System procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Education Requirement: Bachelors degree or equivalent in a business field.
Experience Requirements: Five or more years’ experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business analysis (or similar) in medical device or technical device industries.
Other Required Skills and Qualities: Growth-oriented problem solver who can create a scaled environment for company growth. Data-driven professional who is comfortable with data analysis and working with large data sets. Ability to work as a team player and follow company policy, procedures and strategy. Experience with designing and implementing process improvements. Comfortable with CRM systems and databases.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word and Powerpoint). Fluent with Salesforce.com and tools like Tableau. Experience with managing sales agreements and sales pipeline.
Physical Requirements:

Compensation:
We pay competitively. Base salary range is $77,000 - $104,000. Other paid compensation and benefits may be available.
