Responsibilities:
The Auto Claims Associate is responsible for conducting office investigations and adjusting commercial auto claims. The Adjuster Trainee is also responsible for, but not limited to:

Investigating losses and identifying coverage issues
-
Obtaining and reviewing estimates, evidence, reports, and medical records
-
Establishing damages and reserves
-
Processing payments
-
Taking statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses
Training & Courses: The following will be provided by the company.

Classroom and hands on training. You will be cross trained in different work-flows for the ability to grow within the department

Must be willing to complete a adjuster license course

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and computer skills

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Able to successfully pass Texas Adjuster licensing exam upon hire
