The group owns two MICHELIN starred restaurants: Arbor (Two Stars) combines seasonal Japanese produce and refined Nordic sensibilities to create innovative Nordic-Japanese cuisine, while ÉPURE (One Star) channels seasonal ingredients from France into elegant, contemporary French cuisine. Ami and Wood Ear are the group’s latest project, presenting an elevated “fine bistronomie" experience, where guests can enjoy great food with a fine dining touch as well as rare whiskies in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie in day-to-day food production
Support the operations of a specified kitchen section
Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in the kitchen

Requirements:
School certificates in vocational training
1-year culinary experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
Fresh graduates with vocational training in related disciplines will also be considered
Independent, eager to learn, a good team player with strong communication skills
Good spoken English and Cantonese
