We are hosting a Career Day for Technicians/Assemblers/ Welders with the following qualifications:

Technicians:

* 3+ years of experience

* Knowledge of electromechanical parts and assemblies

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies

* Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and a great attention to detail

Welders:

* Documented Training or Certification in most of the following: Blueprint Reading and Fabrication, Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Advanced Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)

*5+ years' experience as a welder and/or welding operator on large structural systems and tooling

We are hiring for our Devens location:

* Weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

* Shifts available: 5 AM - 5 PM or 5 PM - 5 AM

* Rate: Base pay plus 15% differential for 2nd shift and weekend 1st shift. 30% differential for weekend 2nd shift.
