ON24 is seeking a Communications Manager to help amplify its brand to a larger business audience. This role will help the company develop compelling content and communications that reflects ON24's continued product innovation, customer wins & case studies, partnerships with industry leaders, third-party validation, and executive team thought leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategy, craft messaging and drive execution against the ON24 communications pillars of marketing trends and best practices, corporate strategy, verticals and use cases, platform innovation, partner ecosystem and customer success stories
  • Craft messaging and content that supports the company corporate and go-to-market positioning, including press releases, blogs, website copy and advertising copy
  • Manage the company's internal, external, and executive communications processes, including thought leadership byline programs and press releases
  • Create the corporate messaging and themes for our integrated marketing campaign content deliverables, working closely with our DG, content and product marketing team to support sales plays and enablement materials to drive the company’s key pipeline-generating activities
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support communication needs across paid, earned, owned and shared channels, including:
    • Brand Team: build compelling narratives and presentations
    • Demand Gen: craft and develop long-form thought leadership content
    • Digital and Web: support copywriting and editing
    • Product Marketing: assist with messaging and communications tactics
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years experience running Communications & PR for a software company that has gone through an IPO or a strategic acquisition
  • A strong understanding of the enterprise software industry and media landscape, ideally with
  • experience in MarTech or Digital Experience Software
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and
  • communicate a company's vision to the market
  • An expert in using the full range of communications vehicles (press releases, blog posts, customer stories, contributed articles, media pitches, video, etc.) to share company and product success stories
  • Has partnered with senior executives in driving a culture of honesty, collaboration, and direct
  • communication
  • Strong attention to detail, expert writing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally with both internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Has a 4-year Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

The base pay range for this position is $110,000-$120,000. This range is not a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on relevant experience, education, skills, location, and other applicable factors.
