To oversee a unified employee communications strategy for Navy Federal and serve as project manager for corporate initiatives, including the employee magazine, Charitable Giving Campaign, Employer of Choice recognition programs, and other activities that inform and inspire employees and enhance the credit union's corporate and community reputation.
