SudShare is the first peer-to-peer laundry marketplace for frictionless and affordable on-demand personal launderers. Our customers tap the app and outsource their laundry. For them, it’s life without laundry, because we hacked it out of existence. But SudShare solves a second problem too, which is that more and more people of varying backgrounds want to work from home. Luckily most people have an underutilized washer/dryer, which when combined with SudShare’s worker app, provides the first-ever manual labor work-from-home gig in the world.

Where We Are Now
SudShare is the first nationwide marketplace for professional launderers, serving over 400+ cities throughout the U.S. Perfect product market fit drove a 100x surge in users & revenue over the past few years and a 19% MoM increase in 2021. In March 2022 we closed a $10m seed round which included VC investments from Headline, Origin Ventures, Starting Line VC, Ludlow Ventures, and Clean Ventures, as well as notable angel investments from Max Mullen, co-founder of Instacart, Steven Galanis, Co-founder and CEO of Cameo, Joanna Riley, CEO and co-founder of Censia, and Rob Chesnut, Chief Ethics Officer for airbnb.
The Community Liaison Manager Role
We aim to build a world-class marketplace supported by a top notch concierge service organization whose goals are to make our users happy and engender loyalty. You will be the liaison for our supply-side (Sudsters) through managing their FB Community group (14k+ members), facilitating Sudster PR opportunities, and managing Sudster-focused communications.
You will help provide support to our supply side users (Sudsters) by answering questions and resolving issues. You will work towards not just satisfying our users but creating Sudster delight and brand loyalty. Empathy, curiosity, communication, and organization skills will serve you well.
This role is critical in both listening to Sudsters, and communicating those insights to various departments in order to make a real impact. Then responding thoughtfully to Sudsters with both personal and general communications. We believe the experience of the customer will never exceed the experience of the Sudster. We want Sudsters to have wonderful experiences with SudShare, which will in turn facilitate excellent customer experiences. This is vital to SudShare’s success.
There are countless opportunities to create a better experience and community for Sudsters. As a Community Liaison Manager, you will be a frontline hero for our community, with the goal of facilitating world class experiences daily!
