The Role

If you have 3+ years of experience as a property manager or community association manager and want to kickstart your marketing career, then we're a perfect match! We will train you to become a brand ambassador and community manager and help with:

  • Creating YouTube videos (filming yourself) for property management tips.
  • Hosting webinars & podcasts for landlords and property managers.
  • Creating social media content on Facebook, Instagram, & more.
  • Writing blog posts on your experience in property management.
  • Attending trade shows around the country & finding new events to attend.
  • Building a community for our customers on Facebook & LinkedIn.
  • Building relationships with industry thought leaders.
  • Monitoring and responding to online comments & reviews.

We don't expect you to know how to do anything listed above, but if you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach!

About You

People that do best in this role have these personality traits and work habits:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about building community both in-person and online.
  • Organized, focused, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong writer and speaker.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a property manager, landlord, or community association manager.
  • Thrives on independence, freedom, working remotely, brainstorming & executing on new ideas.
  • Must be able to legally work in the US either remotely or in our office full-time in South Beach (560 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139). You can relocate from another City, State, or Country if needed.
  • Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
Bonus Points
  • Any previous experience in marketing is a plus.
  • Experience hosting or being featured in speaking engagements (conferences, podcasts, webinars, classes, etc.) is a plus.
  • Speaking and writing in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.

Additional Information

You will work directly with our co-founder & CMO David Bitton and our marketing director Maria Barbera. Salary is based on experience and starts at $50,000 per year.
