Genies is looking for a Community Manager, User Engagement to join our team to lead our Growth, Retention, and Customer Relations Strategy. This critical team member will be responsible for developing a personal relationship with the Genies community and regularly producing experiences/events that excite, educate, and retain engagement on community channels. This Community Manager will also develop growth/retention strategies for scaling our community and expanding platforms of engagement. Lastly, this role will manage & track granular Community growth & retention KPIs to ensure we are on-track to achieving our company objectives.
