We are exclusively focused on connecting brands to next generation consumers and take an audience-first approach, leveraging our exclusive access to next gen communities and consumer insights to develop solutions that drive business results.


The Role:


We are looking for a Community Manger to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As a Community Manager, you will actively grow and manage our database and community of students, influencers, and young adults through leading strategic digital marketing campaigns, creative monthly newsletters, ongoing operations and segmentation, drip campaigns, and more. This position will play a key role in all communication and engagement with our Next Gen community, which is essential for research, promoting brands, etc.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Track all activity in Salesforce by creating, updating and maintaining accurate documentation of student, university and program records both within Salesforce and Form Assembly
  • Lead digital marketing efforts alongside our Senior Manager, Paid Media to promote the Wasserman Next Gen brand and generate new leads for our database
  • Measure and analyze the performance of recruitment tactics to identify optimization of opportunities through Bitly and Google Analytics
  • Engage with the People Operations team to move community contacts through the acquire to hire cycle
  • Execute ongoing communication campaigns with our community through newsletters, professional development opportunities, and more
  • Own and update the Student Opportunities Section on the Wasserman Next Gen website via WordPress and Form Assembly
  • Work with Recruiting Program Leads to ensure we’re utilizing their program budgets efficiently regarding lead conversions
  • Contribute to agency culture by actively participating in building positive internal relationships and maintaining enthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks and agency passion points
  • Perform other duties, as assigned


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • Two or more years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and community management
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
  • Understands website metrics and best practices
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Creative thinker that is willing to travel ‘outside of the box’ for the right solution(s)
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to think quickly and problem solve
  • Innate curiosity and awareness of next generation trends and behaviors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Required experience working with Google Analytics and Salesforce
  • Preferred experience working with Form Assembly, JotForm, and MailChimp
