Partner Care Specialist – Administrative role

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated colleague to join our team as a Partner Care Specialist. As part of our central team in the Netherlands, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our valued partners in Europe and North America. Your enthusiasm and commitment will be instrumental in ensuring our partners receive the highest level of assistance and care.

• Collaborating with the team to successfully accomplish tasks, across all countries 
• Being at the heart of our operations and the backbone of our team, by taking care of administrative tasks
• Assisting partners with license orders and order placements on Microsoft and Companial platforms
• Providing accurate and timely updates to partners regarding the progress of their support cases
• Playing an active role in enhancing processes and embracing new developments to drive continuous improvement

• A real team player with the ability to work independently when necessary
• Customer-oriented and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our partners
• Eager to start working in a supporting role and enjoy administrative tasks
• Have excellent communication skills in English, and preferably also in Dutch
• Always strive for quality in your work, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and delivered on time
