About the Role & Team
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as Timetabling Consultant in our Griddle team. Under the guidance of the Senior Griddle Consultant, you will provide support to the Griddle team across all Griddle related operations including Sales, Onboarding, Training, Support, Customer Success and Product Development in Ireland.
You will also work with our schools to empower them to construct and build their timetables and achieve their timetabling milestones across all our markets.
In this role, you will:
- Work alongside and collaboratively with other Compass and Griddle team members to support them throughout the entirety of the sales process.
- Collaborate with the team to complete data migrations and onboard new schools to the Griddle platform.
- Have comprehensive knowledge and confidence across our product suite, using your market knowledge to make suggestions to the Griddle product team for product improvements.
- Work with the Griddle team to maintain training materials and assist in the delivery of training through a variety of media, including but not limited to video calls, webinars and in-person group training.
- Maintain client records in Zoho or Monday.com, as required.
- Provide expert advice and support to all customers in relation to the Griddle platform, including:
- Managing Zoho ticket enquiries
- Supporting Griddle customers through the entirety of their Timetable build
- Ad-Hoc tasks as requested by your manager.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong technical skills, have a high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
- A background working in schools, with heavy involvement building timetables or as a timetabler.
- A true passion for putting the customer first.
- A highly proactive nature, with the ability to think both creatively and technically.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work autonomously but also work well within a team environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Zoho or another CRM will be highly regard.
