Mental Health Professional

Compass Health Center is a leader in crisis-level mental health care. They are seeking a Mental Health Professional to support their clinical teams by interacting with patients and assisting in therapy programs.

Skills

Excellent time management skills
Ability to establish rapport with patients
Understanding of HIPAA compliance
Flexibility in working with multiple populations

Responsibilities

Communicate patient progress with the team
Aid in daily Exposure and Response prevention therapy
Support other therapists in various tasks
Chart progress of patients
Maintain patient privacy at all times

Education

Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
Experience working with adults in mental health
