As a caregiver at Always Best Care, you will be an integral part of our clients' lives, providing them with the care and support they need to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their homes. The 3pm-11pm shifts offers a unique opportunity to connect with clients during a critical time of the day, and we are seeking caregivers who are passionate about creating a positive impact during these hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure clients take their prescribed medications.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, respecting any dietary restrictions.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities, promoting mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
• Create a warm and caring environment through companionship and active listening.
• Communicate effectively with the care team, clients' families, and healthcare professionals.
• Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
• Must have valid drivers liscence.

Qualifications

• Availability for the 7am-3pm shift is a must. We are seeking caregivers who understand the unique needs of clients during this time and are committed to providing exceptional care during these hours.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different client needs and work in diverse home environments.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
