Compensation Analyst

As our Compensation Analyst, you will independently lead the strategic direction and tactical efforts of our compensation programs globally. From refining our overarching compensation philosophy to ensuring that our compensation practices are market competitive in all 28 of our global locations, this opportunity demands a roll up your sleeves and get it done attitude.
Responsibilities:

Design, implement and administer competitive compensation programs that include job and salary structures, incentives, and equity plans

Monitor market trends, conduct industry benchmarking, and review market data, recommending movements in structures and plan design changes when appropriate

Manage compensation surveys, including managing vendor relationships, participation (job matches, data entry, etc.), analyzing results, and presenting recommendations

Program manage and support managers during annual salary, equity and semi-annual incentive cycles, preparing and presenting recommendations for salary, equity and incentive guidelines

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners

Collaborate with HRBP’s, talent acquisition, HRIS, accounting, finance, sales operations and other internal partners to plan and communicate changes to plans and programs

Stay updated on regulatory changes that compensation including compliance and other global governmental filings and participant disclosures

Develop compensation communication materials and trainings

Qualifications:

Team player with a can-do attitude!

Strong communication and organization skills

Experience working with or developing compensation and equity incentive programs for a public technology company

Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance (federal and state)

Quantitative, analytical mindset with outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills

Proven ability to present HR information to managers and employees alike in clear, compelling way

Exceptional relationship-building skills and the proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities in parallel

Experience with international compensation preferred; executive compensation a plus

Proven skills in Workday preferred

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
