Credit Suisse is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join the global Compensation, Benefits & Payroll team in the People function. This role is a compensation subject matter expert who will be involved in ensuring effective and efficient services, reporting, analysis, and support of Global/Regional/Divisional projects in the Compensation organization.
The candidate will need to understand a nuanced compensation structure that is continually adapting to changing regulations and firm-wide initiatives. This role will also support the migration to a new Compensation system as part of a broader People function initiative to transform data management.
You will build and develop relationships with key stakeholders such as People, Legal, Payroll and
Financial Control supporting each with your subject matter expertise and providing analytics in support of policy and decision making across a range of strategic deliverables.
This is a role in a dynamic environment at the center of firm-wide compensation strategy and support. The candidate will join a small team and collaborate with partners/collaborators across the firm, both within and outside the People function.
