What You'll Do
  • Work alongside Brand Partnerships to develop winning proposals with a strategic marketing approach for advertising opportunities.
  • Concept, develop and guide the creation of innovative brand partnerships that include but are not limited to custom content, content sponsorships, product collaborations, events, and social media activations.
  • Collaborate and lead brainstorms between key cross-functional teams to identify campaign and partnership opportunities that will help win business. 
  • Work with production teams to ensure all pitches are delivered on time and within budget
  • Proactively produce new ideas, reports and opportunities based on cultural, marketplace and audience intel.
  • Must be able to problem solve for client’s needs through creative thinking, research, and understanding of current and upcoming trends, tools, influencers and platforms
  • Understand the value of insights and leverage them to support your ideas
  • Be a respected strategic & creative voice for both the client and Complex
  • Interface regularly with Senior Management and liaise with a series of internal stakeholders.


Who You Are
  • 5+ years of creative strategy, digital marketing or experience in a creative agency, brand or media company.
  • Highly in-tune with the youth culture landscape and an exceptional knowledge of entertainment, sneakers, music, fashion, collectibles, food, etc.
  • An understanding of the current content, e-commerce and media landscape including, but not limited to; social, product, experiential, digital, retail and talent. 
  • Superb writing, grammar and communication skills
  • Proficient in presentation design including Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
  • Possesses the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at a time
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and hunger to learn and tackle a variety of tasks

$90,000 - $100,000 a year
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
