What you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Chief Compliance and Legal Officer to oversee and administer the compliance program for the firm's RIA, including implementing and enforcing the Code of Ethics and monitoring day-to-day operations
• Assisting with reviewing, maintaining, and updating the RIA's regulatory filings

• Aiding in the SEC-required annual review of the RIA's policies and procedures
• Assisting with ad-hoc compliance projects
• Working with outside counsel and compliance consultants as needed

What we expect:

Expertise in compliance

• 3+ years of experience working in compliance, ideally in private equity or investment management
• Experience in identification of compliance risks within a complex and dynamic environment
• Ability to balance multiple shifting priorities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
