QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

· Master’s degree

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in program compliance, evaluation, or related experience

Preferred

· Some experience in K-12 public education and Grant Management

Special Knowledge & Skills

· Knowledge of compliance evaluation methods and basic statistics

· Knowledge of federal, state, and local public education laws, regulations, and policies

· Understanding of long-range planning, training stakeholders, and coordinating work responsibilities

· Knowledge in developing and managing effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders, campuses/departments, and other co-workers

· Understanding of interpreting federal, state, and local laws, statutes, rules, and procedures

· Comprehensive knowledge of federal laws and guidelines for the administration of federally funded grant projects and EDGAR

· Ability to exercise discretion regarding matters of sensitive or confidential nature

· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and G-Suite (Google)
