BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY
Group transmission and finalizes batches for production
Send transmission confirmations and return files
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Monitor necessary servers-
Process jobs for production
- Maintain Computer Services Logs

Change and rotate system backup tapes

Communicate pertinent information to the department supervisor/Manager and Operators throughout the day and during shift change

Adhere to ISO 9000 specifications and requirements

Finalize jobs for billing

IT production support
Qualifications:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to work under pressure and analyze problems-
Basic understanding of Networking, telecommunications, and PC hardware

Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems

Basic Computer skills

Moderate standing and walking, exerting up to 50 lbs of force and frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects

Supervision and accountable to Support Services Manager
Minimum: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 years related experience in Computer field.
