Provide technical support resources for all athletic, team and facility rental events requiring technology and AV support. Provide support for incoming queries and issues related to PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software and peripherals. Follow up with end-users to ensure issues has been resolved. Perform other duties as assigned. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Will be required to work nights and weekends as dictated by the events schedule on a regular basis.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Associate degree in the information technology field plus one (1) year experience providing tier I and tier II help desk support. Equivalent education/experience considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing and operating Crestron and AMX audio/video equipment. Experience with video analysis systems (i.e. SidelineScout, Playsight, XOS, Hudl, Sportscode, Volleymetrics). Understanding of scoring software systems (i.e. Genius Sports, Colorado Timing, Hy-Tek Meet Manager, Gymnastics Scorekeeper/Proscore).
