Regional Sales Manager, Conair-Cuisinart Hospitality

About us:

The Conair Hospitality division has been developing and manufacturing products specifically for the hospitality industry for more than 25 years. Position Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager! This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with experience in the Lodging/Hospitality industry, as a Regional Sales Manager. This position will be remotely based with regional segmentation identified based on size and location of customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and market expansion within designated territories.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other sales channels.
Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts for market share gain and brand expansion.

Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance efforts to senior management.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities and customer needs to adjust sales approach accordingly.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product line to effectively communicate value propositions.
Execute trainings and demonstrations in line with the brand growth strategy.
Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings to build and nurture relationships and promote products.
Collaborate effectively with the internal team to develop products, forecast sales, analyze results and identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred)
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within the hospitality/lodging industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and sales abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and brand expansion.
Eagerness to travel to drive results.

Environmental Factors:

Remote working conditions are normal and need to reflect an office environment.
