About us:  
A leading manufacturer of personal care products and kitchen appliances, Conair LLC, a $2.5- billion-plus multinational corporation, has built a hospitality business that offers a full line of high-quality in-room amenities for every accommodation. The Conair Hospitality division has been developing and manufacturing products specifically for the hospitality industry for more than 25 years. Along with Conair-branded hair dryers, mirrors, steam irons and clock radios, this diverse product ensemble also consists of products from other globally recognized brands, including Cuisinart and Waring.
Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager! This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with experience in the Lodging/Hospitality industry, as a Regional Sales Manager. This position will be remotely based with regional segmentation identified based on size and location of customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and market expansion within designated territories.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other sales channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts for market share gain and brand expansion.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance efforts to senior management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities and customer needs to adjust sales approach accordingly.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product line to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Execute trainings and demonstrations in line with the brand growth strategy.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings to build and nurture relationships and promote products.
  • Collaborate effectively with the internal team to develop products, forecast sales, analyze results and identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within the hospitality/lodging industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and sales abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and brand expansion.
  • Eagerness to travel to drive results.

Environmental Factors:
  • Remote working conditions are normal and need to reflect an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel domestically often and internationally for business.
