About the role
We are looking for a process-minded Renewals Account Manager to craft the next stage of our customer journey post-sales. You’ll be capable working of both independently and driving new initiatives, but also collaboratively as you’ll be partnering closely with our Sales and Customer Support teams while reporting directly to our VP of Sales.
