Overview:The Senior Executive Assistant role involves providing support to a single executive or a small group of executives in their regular operations. The position involves coordinating with various teams to ensure that the executives are provided with the necessary support required to fulfill their duties, which includes managing communication, travel arrangements, expense reports, and other requests made by the executives. The job typically requires the candidate to work from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:• Facilitates the organization of appointments and teleconferences for high-level managers, in addition to offering support with compiling agendas and gathering resources on an as-needed basis.• Maintains the leadership team's schedules with timely scheduling of meetings and timely updates.• If instructed, responsible for disseminating executive messages as a representative of the management team.• Establishing links between executives and different departments internally in order to facilitate effective communication and teamwork within the office workspace.• The service arranges travel plans for top-level personnel.• Prepares financial statements for executives and staff members, guaranteeing adherence to the company's travel regulations and other regulations governing expenditures.• Gathers and compiles data for presentation in conferences, speeches, and reports, as directed by the executive.• Executes additional responsibilities as deemed necessary or allocated.Qualifications:EDUCATION:Preferred:• Associate's Degree in Business, Office Management or similarEXPERIENCE:Required:• 7 year's experience in executive-level administrative support; Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED
