Manager Audit Compliance

Overview: Coordinates and conducts regular compliance audits to ensure that the organization remains compliant with the regulations, policies, and laws. Works with different departments to develop compliance strategies to address identified areas of non-compliance... Responsibilities: Oversees allotted workers. Recruits and selects competent personnel. Sets up group and one-on-one meetings to keep all employees updated on any process improvements and critical performance indicators. Conducts periodic employee rounding sessions to discuss any ongoing departmental challenges or successes. Evaluates staff output and recommends fitting evaluation outcomes. Boosts and reinforces staff performance through effective communications. Creates a workplace climate conducive to solid employee engagement and positive employee retention; monitors progress and devises action plans to address deficiencies when required. Monitors performance against established goals and assesses areas where improvements can be made. Identifies and implements solutions that promote efficient and effective processes while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Effectively manages and coordinates financial objectives. Exercises sound judgment in developing budgetary plans, using available resources, and lending assistance with operating and capital budget preparation. Monitors expenses and produces detailed reports on variances. Monitors payroll (Kronos) and labor productivity reports, making apt staffing adjustments to ensure compliance with spending and overtime restrictions. Monitors the workflow to guarantee that all work is conducted with accuracy and precision, and ensures prompt follow-up and resolution of issues. Utilize health system policies and procedures to resolve challenging customer cases and account-related issues. Conducting regular meetings with important payer groups aids in establishing an open channel of communication, thus ensuring prompt account resolution. Cultivates ongoing learning opportunities to remain current on professional and technical advancements. Qualifications: • Bachelors, Business Administration, Required • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management preferred or High School Graduate or GED with ten years of healthcare revenue cycle experience. EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience and 6 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience required. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED PREFERRED N/A
