We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our Conference Production Team that develops content, manages our conference campaigns, and ensures delivery of our Conferences. In this role you will be working with key industry leaders and innovators to develop the intellectual content for commercial conferences as well as project managing these conferences from start through to completion. We help executives and our customers solve challenges to their business needs and changing regulatory and technological obstacles
This is an in-office position in our downtown Chicago office located in the NBC Tower.
Responsibilities
- Project manage a portfolio of commercial / B2B intimate, and content driven conferences
- Conduct primary research with leading industry practitioners utilizing investigative tactics to derive the content
- Source top speakers for the programs to advance content that will sustain our customer's competitive advantage
- Work closely with marketing, sponsorship, sales, and operations teams to drive the success of each program / event / conference
- Run programs / events / conferences in various US cities at 4-to-5-star venues

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
