The CAO will be responsible for a range of strategic, staff management, portfolio and project management, financial management, and communication planning activities. This role is pivotal in the execution of the strategic direction of the group's functional activities, and the successful candidate will be expected to display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Key responsibilities include participating in the development of the Global Procurement strategic plan, setting goals and priorities, and ensuring that objectives are met. The CAO will also provide guidance to internal staff, assist with escalation management, and lead department recognition programs.The ideal candidate for the CAO position at the company will have a BS/BA degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 10 years' in a Chief of Staff, Program Management, or Procurement leadership role. They should be adept at strategic thinking, have strong business acumen, and possess outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. The role requires the ability to influence activities across multiple teams, strong networking abilities, and exceptional organizational skills.
