This role involves fostering relationships with key business partners and media outlets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as a brand ambassador to maintain a consistent brand identity. The successful candidate will also be expected to drive brand positioning, oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with 10-15 years' of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the soft goods industry. A proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals, particularly with a deep understanding of consumer goods and market dynamics, is essential. The role requires proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, and data-led marketing, as well as strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and the ability to scale marketing operations or expand into new markets are also key qualifications.
