The CPO will be responsible for talent management, organizational design, training and development, performance management, and employee experience. This executive role demands a seasoned professional with over 15 years' of experience, including at least 5 years' at the executive level, and a proven track record in all aspects of HR management. The ideal candidate will have a global perspective, particularly in a remote-first work environment, and be adept at fostering a high-performance culture that reflects the company's core values.Key responsibilities for the CPO include spearheading global total rewards strategies, evolving recruitment and retention practices, and driving effective performance and succession planning. The successful candidate will be an ambassador of the company's core values, a trusted advisor to the executive team, and will be expected to translate business decisions into clear, values-aligned communications. Experience in organizational design, talent management, and performance management is essential, as is a deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards. The role also involves establishing policy frameworks to support a diverse, multi-state, and international workforce.
