The demand for our services is at an all time high, and we must fill an open position on our customer service and sales team immediately.Job Summary:As an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers, presenting our clients' services, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, in-person sales presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and effectively communicating the benefits of our clients' offerings.Key Responsibilities:• Customer Outreach• Sales Presentations• Enrollment Assistance• Customer Support• Record Keeping• Feedback Collection• ComplianceQualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college experience or relevant coursework is a plus.• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required. We welcome recent graduates and individuals with a passion for customer interaction.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software; willingness to learn new tools and technologies.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $800.00 per weekSchedule:• Day shift• Monday to Friday• Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
