Keep reading!What You’ll Do• Oversee and manage daily company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.• Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures in collaboration with our leadership team.• Lead, guide, and evaluate the work of key department heads, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.• Oversee financial management, planning, systems, and controls, including budget development and analysis.• Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service.• Ensure company compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.• Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and align with the firm's strategic goals.• Identify and implement technology solutions to improve internal workflows and client services.• Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.• Report key results and insights to the CEO and stakeholders regarding operational progress and challenges.What You Need to Get the Job Done• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational leadership, preferably in a service-based business.• Strong understanding of business functions (HR, finance, marketing, etc.).• Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational change.• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.• Proficient in data analysis, budget management, and strategic planning.• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital accounting technologies is a plus.What You'll Love About UsOur mission is to be the trusted guide to financial clarity & growth for e-commerce businesses.If you’re passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of the tax and accounting world and eager to make a difference in a fast-growing company, we have the perfect opportunity for you!We're big believers in the advantages of remote work and have taken a digital-first approach.
