Job SummaryAs an Events Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts focused on all aspects of event planning, execution, and project managing their ongoing brand needs. The Events Manager will lead both small and large-scale events for our clients across various industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate eventsWork closely with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences and budget, and provide expert guidance and recommendationsDevelop comprehensive event plans, timelines, budgets, and ensure that all events are delivered on time and within budgetManage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodationsOversee event marketing and promotion efforts to ensure maximum attendance and engagementCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and production, to create compelling event experiences that align with client goals and brand identityProvide on-site management and supervision during events to ensure smooth execution, both locally and remoteEvaluate the success of each event based on KPIs and client feedbackMentor and develop team members to help them grow in their rolesTriage client account management tasks as neededKnowledge / SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality management, or related field preferred but not required5 + years of experience in event management, with a focus on corporate events and client account managementProficiency in Google Office software and experience with web content management systemsCore CompetenciesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideasDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsAdept at working independently and in a collaborative team environmentFlexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing industryAdditional InformationThe ideal candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed. This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included. PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met.
