We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Frontend UI/UX Designer. In this role, you will work closely with the team lead, frontend developers, and stakeholders from different departments to build, plan, and execute a flawless design for our telemedicine e-commerce platform. Your primary goal will be to understand the needs and challenges of our users and stakeholders, and to design solutions that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly. They key here is to solve problems with beautiful and useful design, to solve problems that our users didn’t even know they had. No Pressure. Your favorite design tools are Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop and you love to create comprehensive design systems and user flows that guide frontend developers.Key Responsibilities:• Attend regular stand-ups and meetings with the team lead and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and align on our objectives• Develop and present design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that reflect the strategic goals of the platform and address the needs of various stakeholders• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately and effectively, providing guidance and feedback throughout the development process• Identify potential problems before they arise and offer innovative design solutions that enhance the overall user experience• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve our design process and outputsPreferred Skills and Experience:• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop, with a solid portfolio showcasing your design skills and thinking process• Experience designing for e-commerce platforms, particularly in the healthcare or telemedicine sectors, is a plus but may not be required, DOE• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate complex ideas and user needs into intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to analyze results and apply insights to improve designs• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Attention to detail and a passion for solving problems through design, with a knack for anticipating user needs and creating solutions that are both beautiful and functional• Basic knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial but not required; an eagerness to understand the technical constraints and opportunities that influence design is essential• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work on time
