The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and digital design projects across a variety of mediums, including print, digital and social.We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our Brand and Communications team. In this role, you will work closely within our marketing and brand team to create a dynamic and cohesive visual identity across our event, social, email and presentation platforms to communicate the core message and value proposition of the brand.Responsibilities:• Develop and design digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website creative, slide presentations, and more• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and channels• Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines• Work with external design resources to fine tune visual identities for specific projects• Develop project-specific identities from ideation phase when needed• Act as educational resource across marketing and brand team for design-related questions• Take projects from concept to final execution, including brainstorming, prototyping, and producing final web and print-ready materials• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visual content remains fresh and engaging• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs to ensure the final product meets expectationsQualifications:• Strong set of digital product design skills across UI and visual, along with an understanding of UX principles.• Experience with motion graphics or video editing preferred• Ability to develop strong conceptual and creative design ideas independently• Willingness to work in a variety of structures, with both existing design ecosystems and creating new design ecosystems• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)• Experience designing within Cvent, Hubspot and Splash platforms• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design• Strong organizational and project management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics• Proactively addresses design challenges and finds effective solutions• Willing to collaborate and contribute to the success of the team
