Job DescriptionUpcoming 200+ Room Hotel, Restaurant and Meeting Space. Marriott affiliation. 4-star property.ResponsibilitiesThe General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel operations including maximizing revenues and market share, marketing, providing exceptional guest service, and establishing a quality team of managers and staff to drive revenue and the bottom-line performance.Requirements- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an executive level hotel management position at a branded property.- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management an asset.- Prior major brand experience an asset, prior Hotel GM experience an asset.- strong knowledge and understanding of the Southern California and San Diego hotel market.Benefits- Dental Care- Extended Health Care- Onsite Parking- Paid Time OffSchedule- 8-hour Shift- Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)Ability to commute/relocate to San Diego.Please submit your resume and your expected remuneration.
