Interim Director of Case Management NeededThe Position• An Interim Director of Case Management is needed to lead and improve case management operations within a dynamic healthcare environment.• This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.• The Interim Director will focus on enhancing denial prevention strategies, improving patient authorization timelines for post-acute care, and optimizing care coordination across various medical units.• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care coordination, utilization management, and denial management. They should be an effective communicator, a mentor, and adept at using key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance improvement.• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree required.• Active RN license required.• Proven experience in case management, care coordination, and utilization review within a healthcare setting required.The Community• Rutherfordton, located in North Carolina, offers a blend of small-town charm and accessibility to nature and outdoor activities.• The area is known for its historic downtown, which features unique shops, local dining, and community events.• Residents enjoy a variety of outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking, fishing, and exploring the nearby Blue Ridge Mountains.• Rutherfordton’s mild climate provides a comfortable living environment with four distinct seasons.• The community fosters a strong sense of togetherness, making it an ideal place for those seeking a welcoming atmosphere.Pay Details• Pay Range: $130,000 - $145,000 annually.• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.Interim Leadership with B.E.
