A California Hospital is seeking their next Interim Manager, Human Resources!
The Position...
• The Interim Manager, Human Resources, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 170+bed facility.
• The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 5+ direct reports and will focus on departmental initiatives including transitions, HR systems, and the planning and development of process improvement strategies.
• Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders who will strive to implement and maintain a strong and positive work culture throughout the organization by portraying a high-level of approachability, communication, and collaboration.
• This is an on-site opportunity.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Healthcare experience is required.
Pay Details
• Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
