This dynamic position is the linchpin for client health, strategy, success, and growth, with a focus on owning a book of client-specific P&Ls. The successful candidate will be a strategic advisor, a consultative partner, and a trusted executive, embodying the value of Start by Listening. Responsibilities include managing the commercial process for growth opportunities, developing market and enterprise performance initiatives, and ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and growth of the client portfolio. The role demands a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a tenacious partnership ethos, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels, including the C-suite. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in relationship management, with a background in consulting, enterprise sales, or account management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with commercial and business development acumen. The role involves a significant amount of travel and requires a candidate with the ability to manage a heavy in-market presence. Technical requirements include a home setup with high-speed internet and the ability to plug directly into the home internet router.
