Job OverviewMust be full BillingueWe are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base through effective territory sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales, inside sales, and technology sales, with a passion for building relationships and driving business development.Duties• Utilize territory sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and customer growth.• Leverage inside sales skills to manage existing customer relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and resolve customer inquiries.• Conduct product demos to showcase the value of our products and services, fostering a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business development strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.• Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and industry trends.Qualifications• Proven track record in territory sales, inside sales, technology sales, or a related field.• Experience in retail sales or account management is highly valued.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.• Effective negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to negotiate complex sales agreements.• Proficiency in sales software and technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.The ideal candidate will be a driven and results-oriented professional who thrives in a competitive sales environment.
