In this essential leadership position, you will define and drive a robust product development strategy aligned with the company's objectives, market trends, and consumer insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product development within the indoor consumer goods sector and a proven ability to understand market dynamics and consumer behavior. Your responsibilities will include spearheading new product ideation and creation, ensuring all products meet our high standards for performance, quality, and sustainability. You will lead a talented team throughout the product development lifecycle, maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, product design, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable. A minimum of 10 years of experience in product development is required, including at least 6 years in a leadership role within the indoor consumer goods industry. You should possess a track record of successful product launches, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
