The successful candidate will be a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in the BPO industry, responsible for driving the team to win new business, exceed quotas, and craft strategic deals. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the SVP will be a player-coach, with individual and team quota targets. Key responsibilities include building and managing the sales pipeline, developing the sales team, and identifying target customers for business expansion. The SVP will also be involved in strategic collaboration, hunting for new opportunities, and leading the sales process from inception to closure, including contract negotiations.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in complex, consultative sales, with a focus on large, multi-year outsourcing deals. They should be adept at establishing and tracking KPIs, have an in-depth understanding of the BPO sales landscape, and be able to develop and execute strategic sales plans. A strategic thinker with a passion for the service business model, the SVP should be ambitious, assertive, and have excellent communication skills. Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator is a plus.
