Come join our team and become engaged in our passion for travel and the great outdoors.This position is responsible for the full management and success of a fast-paced and challenging service department.Service Manager Description:Under supervision of the General Manager and the Regional Manager, this is a high level position within our company that requires an EXPERIENCED person to immediately learn and implement company standards and processes while motivating a service department.• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.• Reply with resume• Job Type: Full-timeService Manager Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Manages all team members and daily work in the service department• Tracks and verifies technician hours• Maximizes productivity levels of Service Technicians and Service Advisors• Responsible for accurate and timely production and payroll reports• Verifies and updates the service status report regularly each day• Monitors billing, warranty, internal and external repair orders.• Calmly assists and defuses customer complaints in order to maintain customer loyalty• Always works within company policy and protocol and leads by example to his/her team• Ensure employees keep a clean, efficient, and orderly department by abiding by all OSHA and company mandated safety requirements.• Manage profitability of the department while ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction• Instill trust and confidence in all customers.• Grow the volume of service work.Service Manager Qualifications:• REQUIRED: Previous experience as a Service Manager.• RV Service Manager Experience preferred in automotive, motorcycle, and boat experience.• Strong work ethic• Willing to work evenings and weekends.• Strong computer skills and highly proficient in all Microsoft Office (experience in IDS software a plus)Benefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Disability insurance• Employee assistance program• Employee discount• Flexible spending account• Gas discount• Health insurance• Health savings account• Life insurance• Paid time off• Professional development assistanceJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Employee assistance program• Employee discount• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Health savings account• Life insurance• Paid time off• Professional development assistance• Vision insuranceWork Days:• Monday to Friday• Weekends as neededApplication Question(s):• Are you willing to undergo a background and drug screen?Work Location: In person
