The partner in this role is to conduct investigations, provide leaders with support in partner matters, support with performance management tasks, and will play a role in enhancing employee engagement, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting a positive organizational culture. The role requires an individual who can multi-task, initiate completion of tasks, maintain organization of tasks, including following up within a timely manner.Role Responsibilities• Proactively address and resolve employee relations matters, including conflicts, grievances, and performance concerns.• Conduct in-depth investigations on employee matters, conduct interviews, put together fact patterns, and produce comprehensive reports.• Collaborate closely with leaders across various offices to drive employee relations initiatives.• Review and analyze turnover data to work with the office in improving retention.• Participate in assigned projects that align with the HR department and company goals.• Provide guidance to leaders on effective communication strategies.• Support performance management processes by advising on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.• Display willingness to make effective decisions, while exhibiting sound and accurate judgment• Facilitate training sessions for leaders, equipping them with knowledge on performance management, employee relations, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for improved employee retention and a positive company culture.• Develop and curate an array of HR resources for leaders to enhance their skills, further driving employee engagement and organizational success.• Complete any other duties as assigned by the people leader and/or business.Must Haves• 5+ years as an HR Generalist and/or HR Specialist with a focus on employee relations.• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolutions skills.• Ability to demonstrate discretion and work with sensitive data.• Must be attentive to details and ensure appropriate follow-up.• High School Diploma required.Nice to haves• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or related work experience preferredWhat we offer• Competitive compensation (we value transparency) $110-130,000• Student loan repayment assistance for eligible roles• Bonus program(s) for eligible roles• Career development and advancement opportunities• Flexible scheduling• Great and fun company culture• Expansive Health, Vision, and Dental plans for our full-time partners• 401(K) retirement savings program• Mileage and phone reimbursement• And so much more!Our company is an equal opportunity employer.
