Strategic Communications Manager

Location:Mexico, Colombia, or USAPosition Overview:We seek a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Communications Manager to join our team as aSenior Reputation Manager . This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage high-profile client accounts, design and execute strategic communications plans, and lead reputation management campaigns for globally recognized clients.Responsibilities:Provide top-tier client service through proactive account management.Support Area of Expertise leadership with daily management tasks.Design and execute strategic positioning, communication, and issues management strategies.Maintain constant engagement with clients through regular visits and communications.Oversee client projects and events, ensuring quality and alignment with client objectives.Participate in cross-functional teams to create compelling client proposals.Lead the research, planning, and development of comprehensive communications and reputation management campaigns.Define the scope of work, ensure quality and operational performance, and manage client expectations.Identify gaps and drive solutions to address them proactively.Demonstrate an advanced understanding of visual communications, social media, and the digital landscape.Measure and evaluate KPIs and metrics to ensure they contribute to client goal achievement.Create and drive outreach plans, message development, event management, media training, and strategy sessions.Oversee the production of written materials such as news stories, opinion pieces, speeches, Q&As, and press releases.Contribute to new business processes, including identifying new opportunities and assisting in research and proposal preparation.Participate in forecasting and managing budgets, maintaining profitability and revenue targets.Commit to process compliance, efficiency improvements, and business development.Inspire, manage, evaluate, develop, and mentor employees.Supervise and oversee junior staff's work to ensure quality, consistency, and ethical business conduct.Qualifications:Proven experience in leading and executing content strategies for both online and offline environments.Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in corporate communications, reputation management, or PR industry.Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.BA or BS degree required; graduate degree in business or a specialist area preferred.Passion for creating 360-degree reputation strategies.Advanced understanding of professional services/consultancy firm techniques.What We Offer:Empowerment in your professional growth within a challenging and opportunity-rich environment.Collaboration, learning, and growth alongside a team of talented Newlinkers.Connection with industry leaders.Working with a top-notch client portfolio.Competitive benefits package.Join us and be a part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in reputation management.
